I'm Evan Hitch, MBA, a dual-licensed REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Originator based in Richmond, Texas. I hold both licenses for one simple reason: your sale or purchase and your loan are not two separate deals, and you should not need two separate people who never talk to each other. With me, one person sees your whole move, from the first question to closing day.

I came into real estate with an MBA from LSU and more than 14 years across multifamily, commercial, property management, and asset management before I ever sold a house. Pricing, negotiation, and the numbers behind a deal are home turf for me, and I will always show you my math.

Through the Southern Trust Land Team, I also help families buy and sell country homes, acreage, and farm and ranch land across Fort Bend County and the surrounding region, including the ag exemption and land questions that come with it.
