Sofi Lakes (Katy, TX) – grand opening coming soon, with an interest list open now. This one sits right in the heart of my Fort Bend and greater Katy service area, so I will be watching it closely.
Trails at Cochran Ranch (Waller, TX) – new model home coming soon.
Getting in early on a new community has real advantages. Buyers who join an interest list or tour a model home before grand opening often see first access to available homesites, early pricing before phases sell up, and a better selection of floor plans and lots.
A word of caution worth repeating: builder interest lists are not a guarantee of priority or purchase. Details like pricing, incentives, and available homesites change quickly once a community opens, so the smart move is to have a plan in place before you visit a model home, not after.
